The Dream&Charme Academy is now operational and aims not only to create a new professional figure: the Certified Accommodation Auditor (CAA), known as the DCA ESG Auditor, but also to provide all accommodation facilities with training support on the main elements of sustainability in hotel hospitality, in order to make sustainability widespread and concretely applied at all levels.
To date, the first 19 auditors operating in Italy and abroad have already been certified, and many training courses have already been delivered by the best Italian and foreign teachers, including those from the best universities.

For the CAA certification, Dream&Charme has partnered with Personnel Certification Bodies accredited under ISO 17024 to certify professionals according to specific standards such as ISO 19011 and other hospitality sector standards.
